Ram Kumar Poornachandran is part of the Firm’s Competition/ Antitrust practice and has over 15 years of experience. He specialises in merger control mandates, cartelisation, and abuse of dominance cases. Ram advises clients on complex matters across various sectors including digital markets, pharmaceuticals, media, petrochemicals, energy, FMCG, and glass. Ram holds an LL.M. from the National University of Singapore and a postgraduate diploma in competition economics from the King’s College, London. He is a ‘Non-Governmental Advisor’ to the CCI.
