With over 19 years of experience, Srinath Dasari is a part of the Firm’s Corporate / M&A group. His broad experience ranges from private equity, venture capital, mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures to capital market transactions for domestic and international clients in diverse sectors, including TMT, healthcare and life sciences, financial services, retail and automotive. His clients include leading private equity investors and hedge funds. He was featured in the Economic Times’ prestigious ‘Forty under 40’ listing for 2018, which identifies India’s top 40 leaders under the age of 40. Chambers & Partners Asia– Pacific describes Srinath as being “well regarded in the private equity space for his experience handling private equity, venture capital and joint venture investments,” having a “wide breadth of knowledge of corporate financing and M&A, acting for a range of domestic and multinational clients” and being “highly active in the venture capital space, including early and late stage investments, as well as on traditional private equity transactions.”

• Heubach GmbH and SK Capital Partners, LP on the Indian aspects of their acquisition of Clariant AG's global pigments business, for an agreed value of USD 950 million
• Tiger Global Management on numerous investments into and exits from India/South–East Asian technology companies, including unicorns such as Byju’s, Cred, Delhivery, Infra.Market, Groww, Moglix, Sharechat and Urban Company
• Warburg Pincus on its investments in Cartrade.com, Quikr.com and Capillary Technologies
