Steven R. Jacobs

Steve Jacobs is a partner in the Corporate & Securities practice group where he represents clients in securities transactions, reporting and compliance, mergers and acquisitions and other general corporate matters. He represents both private and public companies across several industries, including energy, technology, healthcare and retail. Steve’s experience centers on representing public companies in 1934 Act reporting, and private offerings of equity and debt securities.

Steve has represented clients listed on the New York Stock Exchange, NYSE American and NASDAQ. He has also played a leadership role in several in-court and out-of-court restructurings.

Steve also serves as an adjunct professor at St. Mary’s University Law School where he teaches mergers and acquisitions and corporate planning.
