Concentrates in real estate financing. Has handled construction and term loans secured by virtually every type of real estate collateral, including office buildings, hotels, apartment complexes, retail centers, mixed-use projects, and vacant land. Regularly handles syndicated loans, mezzanine loans, and restructurings and workouts. Steve also handles unsecured syndicated revolving credit and term credit facilities as well as credit enhancement facilities. In addition to his real estate finance practice, Steve has a non-real estate finance practice which includes representing lenders in facilities secured by marketable securities and other asset types.
