Steven Lorch

Steven Lorch is a partner in Simpson Thacher’s Tax Practice. Steven advises a broad spectrum of market participants on the U.S. tax aspects of energy and infrastructure transactions, with a particular focus on renewable power, energy transition, conventional energy and data center and fiber assets. He regularly advises clients on complex tax equity structures, pre-tax preferred investments and tax credit transfers in connection with U.S. investment and production tax credits.
