Preston Miller

Preston Miller is a nationally recognized Antitrust and Competition Law partner at Simpson Thacher. Preston has extensive experience obtaining regulatory clearances from domestic and international competition authorities for high-profile, often cross-border, transactions across a wide variety of industries. He has also been involved in some of the most significant US merger litigations of the last decade, including UHG/Change Healthcare and Tempur Sealy/Mattress Firm, as well as UHG/Amedisys which was successfully resolved mid-litigation via settlement.
