Partner in the Firm's Corporate Department and Head of the Firm's Banking and Credit Practice Group. Practice focuses on the representation of large financial institutions and borrowers in connection with the arrangement and syndication of leveraged and investment grade financings, including leveraged and investment grade acquisition and bridge financings. Recent transactions include representation of Twenty-First Century Fox in the financing related to the spin-off of its news and sports businesses to Disney and the arrangers in the financing of acquisitions of Red Hat by IBM, Versace by Michael Kors, BTG by Boston Scientific, and Life Technologies and Qiagen by Thermo-Fisher.
