Robert Langdon is Partner in Simpson Thacher’s M&A and Private Equity groups. Robert represents large and middle market private equity funds and their portfolio companies. Robert has been recognized by Law360 as an “MVP - Private Equity” and as a “Rising Star - Private Equity.” Robert’s practice focuses on complex domestic and cross-border private equity transactions and mergers and acquisitions. His practice covers a wide variety of industries, including consumer, healthcare, industrials, infrastructure, oil and gas services, technology and telecom. Robert has represented, among others, Carlyle, EQT Partners, Hellman & Friedman, KSL Capital Partners, Silver Lake, Technology Crossover Ventures, True Wind Capital and Warburg Pincus.
