Advises issuers, underwriters and sponsors on initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, block trades, at-the-market offerings, PIPEs and other equity offerings, and offerings of preferred equity and investment grade, high yield and convertible debt, as well as tender and exchange offers, acquisition financings and a wide range of financings for private companies.
