Steve Rist is a renowned global industry leader who focuses his practice on representing private equity firms, public and private corporations in structuring, negotiating and documenting investments in leveraged buyouts of, and sales of, portfolio companies. Steve has extensive experience representing private equity funds and corporations in mergers, acquisitions, leveraged recapitalizations, restructurings and workouts, and public and private finance. In addition, Steve serves as general counsel to numerous portfolio companies, providing day-to-day legal and business advice to the portfolio companies and their sponsors.
