Steven Hacking

Steven is a Partner in our Corporate group.

He specializes in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), listed company transactions and private equity, and has a broad range of experience acting for corporate clients on domestic and global transactions.

An experienced Partner on our Corporate team, Steven has many years of experience advising global corporates and founders on their M&A strategies, in addition to advising companies on their listings and fundraisings on the public markets in the UK.

Noted for skills in getting to the heart of the matter quickly, with a focus on key commercial outcomes for clients, Steven is always keen to understand key business objectives as part of any mandate in order to help deliver for clients on a personal and professional perspective.

He has been helping clients since qualification in 2002 and became a partner in the firm in 2014. Steven works for clients across a number of sectors, with particularly strong experience in the health and life sciences sector, where he leads firm's M&A health and life sciences practice in the UK. He also frequently represents clients in the consumer, industrials, TMT and financial services sectors.

In his spare time Steven enjoys watching and playing all sports, with particular interests in rugby and golf.
