Stephanie H. Massey

Stephanie brings extensive experience serving as bond counsel, underwriters’ counsel, borrower’s counsel, and bank’s counsel in connection with the issuance of tax-exempt and taxable revenue bonds.

Stephanie represents governmental entities, including multiple conduit bond issuers and housing finance agencies, solid waste disposal companies, charter schools, nonprofit institutions such as hospitals, colleges, private secondary schools, charter schools, retirement communities, nursing homes, CCRCs, and cultural institutions, and bond underwriters and commercial banks.

Stephanie’s practice spans public offerings, direct bank purchases, and taxable non-conduit bond offerings across the Northeast and nationally. She provides responsive and practical advice to help clients navigate complex transactions and effectively achieve their goals.
