Stephanie is known for her proactive and detail-oriented approach tailored to her clients’ specific needs. Stephanie previously worked at a well-known litigation boutique where she gained extensive trial and appellate experience representing clients before the Federal Court and the Federal Court of Appeal.

Stephanie has extensive experience with proceedings under the Patented Medicines (Notice of Compliance) Regulations, including patent disputes related to innovative medicines, formulations and dosage forms. She has extensive experience in patent infringement damages quantification and accounting of profits analyses. She also has helped coordinate global litigation strategy related to the Canadian aspects of multi-jurisdictional lawsuits.
