Practice Areas
Stefanie's practice is focused on structuring private funds and advising major institutional investors on their investment into such funds.
Stefanie is a partner in the Financial Services department in our London office.
Stefanie has a particular focus on unauthorized funds and joint ventures, advising on onshore and offshore fund structures, underlying portfolio vehicles, holding entities, acquisitions and disposals of wrapped assets, fund extensions and other restructurings.
Stefanie also advise public and private institutional investors, such as pension schemes, insurers and local authorities, on their investment in a range of onshore and offshore funds in all asset classes, including credit, infrastructure, renewables, hedge, real estate and private equity. She negotiates fund documentation and side letters in respect of such investments. She advises on investment management agreements, custody agreements and related documentation and negotiates these on behalf of her clients.
Stefanie's practice has a specific focus on Germany. She is a native German speaker and regularly coordinates cross-jurisdictional matters from London.
