Søren's advisory services are focused on planning restructuring processes of the business foundation of businesses to the effect that potential future insolvency proceedings may be avoided or mitigated.
He has been appointed a permanent trustee to the Maritime and Commercial High Court, and, through his work in the Danish Association of Trustees (Kuratorforeningen), he has contributed to the drafting of the regulatory framework within the area of insolvency.
