Anders Friis is a partner in Accura's Real Estate Team.

Anders has extensive experience in all aspects of real estate development and transactions and, in respect of real estate development, he has had a special focus on ensuring that the collaboration between the different advisors results in a value optimisation in the large development projects within residential and business properties, hotels, and shopping centres. It is essential to such collaborations that the law is used to create commercially acceptable solutions.

Anders advises real estate developers, pension funds, private equity funds and private investors on behalf of both national and international players. Anders has focused particularly on forward purchase and forward funding sale of properties under development. Moreover, he has advised on numerous large portfolio transactions and has been involved in several sale and leaseback transactions.

Anders has focused sharply on creating new commercially strong collaborations between market players, including bond issues, private placement and joint ventures between real estate developers and pension funds.

Anders has a comprehensive network within real estate among investors (both industrial and private equity), developers and lenders which he actively uses in the establishment of new collaborations between the players in the sector.
