In recent years, Jakob has particularly advised on international transactions and portfolio transactions, and he has accumulated strong skills within the hotel segment. During this period, Jakob has also been actively involved in developing new forms of collaborations between the institutional and the international investors on one side and the Danish developers and asset managers on the other side. The profound understanding of the investors' needs and the developers' skills may often be instrumental in identifying sustainable solutions in complex situations.
