Jacob Møller Dirksen heads Accura's Dispute Resolution team and specialises in complex commercial litigation and arbitration. He has provided advice to a considerable number of Danish and foreign clients for several years in respect of complex and high-value disputes before the courts and domestic and international arbitration tribunals. He advises on disputes within a wide range of legal areas, but he is particularly experienced in and focuses on cases concerning M&A, corporate and shareholders disputes, breach of contract, directors', auditors' and attorneys' liability, product liability, financial sector disputes, W&I and insurance.
