Tue Ravnholt Frandsen is a partner in Accura's M&A Team and primarily advises on large Danish and international business transactions.
He has extensive experience in large and medium-sized business transfers for both buyers and sellers, including in the form of structured sales processes, and with private equity investments, minority investments, mergers and set-up of joint ventures.
Tue has gained vast experience of providing advice on multinational transactions and advised on several of the largest business transactions in Denmark.
Tue's clients are Danish and international private and listed businesses, state-owned companies and private equity funds. He also has special expertise of providing advice to large private and family-owned businesses in connection with the special circumstances surrounding the sale of and investments in these types of businesses.
In addition to legal expertise, Tue's advice is based on strong tactical and commercial skills and considerable accounting knowledge which he acquired through the corporate finance programme at London Business School.
