Partner in Eversheds Sutherland's human resources group. Considerable experience of employment litigation and specialises in discrimination law. Has been involved in a number of high profile discrimination cases, and also advises on unfair dismissal, whistleblowing and executive terminations. Non-contentious advice includes the implications of the TUPE regulations in many different change situations, issues relating to proposals to change terms and conditions of employment and large scale redundancy exercises.
