Simon Harris

Simon is a Real Estate Partner focusing on acting for institutions and investors, property companies and developers.

Simon assists institutions and investors, property companies, and developers in investing, managing, and developing real estate assets. He has substantial experience advising and managing teams to provide advice to companies like yours on acquisitions/disposals, forward sales/funding, development, landlord and tenant transactions and asset management work relating to many asset classes.

In addition, Simon has acted for banks in real estate finance transactions and administrators in the asset management and subsequent disposals of distressed assets.

Simon is the partner lead for our global estate management team, which acts as a central point of contact for companies like yours to manage your real estate portfolio in each of the various countries in which they are located.

Simon enjoys road cycling, running, and spending time with his wife and two children in his spare time. Simon is passionate about developing the next generation of lawyers and diversity and inclusion.
