David Ya’acobi is a Partner in the firm’s M&A and international Transactions Dept.

As a business-oriented attorney, David is highly accomplished at executing intricate M&A, investment, license and a vast array of other commercial transactions, including some of the most eminent transactions in the Israeli market, valued at billions of NIS, with an expertise in advising on international transactions, handling all commercial law aspects thereof.
