Seann McAleese

Seann is a partner in the Employment, Labour and Executive Compensation practice. Known for his in-depth employment knowledge and business-minded focus, he advises clients on the full spectrum of employment challenges, from restrictive covenants and employment standards to workplace policies, successor rights and executive compensation. A trusted advisor to clients throughout the public and private sectors, he offers strategic counsel on employment issues arising from all types of commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity deals, restructurings and outsourcings. Seann collaborates across practice areas to deliver tailored, business-focused solutions to complex employment matters. He brings specialized expertise to increasingly relevant workplace issues, such as corporate governance, employee incentives, privacy and human rights, including in respect of ESG protocols.
