Sarb is Managing Partner of Davies in Toronto. His practice is focused on private mergers and acquisitions, private equity investment transactions, fund formation, and debt and equity corporate finance. He has more than two decades of experience advising leading private equity firms and institutions on private fund formation, the creation of pooled investment vehicles and investment transactions – both in Canada and internationally. Sarb has extensive experience in fund formation and has advised on the formation of many of Canada’s leading private funds.
