His practice is focused on private mergers and acquisitions, private equity investment transactions, fund formation, and debt and equity corporate finance. He has more than two decades of experience advising leading private equity firms and institutions on private fund formation, the creation of pooled investment vehicles and investment transactions – both in Canada and internationally.
