With more than 15 years’ experience in employment law, Sarah Usunier acts both as an advisor and a litigator in all areas of employment law, and represents French and international companies operating in various sectors, and in particular the insurance, agri-business and services sectors.
She is developing, alongside Racine’s Restructuring department, a highly-regarded distressed companies advisory practice focused on preventing and handling insolvency (safeguard, reorganization and compulsory liquidation proceedings).
She has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2003 and joined Racine as Partner in 2015.
