Dahila Ibourichene specializes in mergers and acquisitions, with a particular focus on private equity and M&A.

She assists French and foreign investment funds, as well as industrial groups, with their investments, acquisitions and sales, both in France and abroad.

She holds a PhD in Law from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne (2023), an Advanced Master in International Business Law and Management from ESSEC Business School (2018) and a Master II in Business, Tax and Financial Market Law from Université Paris XI - Faculté Jean Monnet / ESSEC Business School (2016).

She has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2019 and joined Racine in 2025.
