Mélanie is specialized in mergers and acquisitions and in capital-investment. Mélanie mostly represents industrial groups with their external growth transactions in France and abroad. She also advises investment funds on the full range of their LBO, capital development and disposal transactions. Mélanie is particularly active in the environment, mass retailing and services sectors.

She was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2003 and joined Racine as Partner in 2008. Mélanie Coiraton is co-managing partner since 2024.
