Member of the bar since 2001 advising mainly in relation to public business law, Damien today acts exclusively for creators: developers, builders, planners and local

authorities.

Through his experience and personal choices, Damien has three preferred fields:

– Structuring real estate protects with town planning and contractual parameters,

– Managing public contracts, notably in the building and public works sectors,

– Developing the tourism and cultural economy, with particular expertise in the development of ski resorts.

Damien notably advised the Bouygues group on the development of the Fabriques in Marseille real estate programme (surface area of 250,000 sq. m.) and Eiffage Immobilier Rhône Alpes on different complex operation of alpin arc.
