Emily Pennec

With almost 25 years of experience in Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity, Emily Pennec advises mainly investment funds and leading French and international groups.

In particular, she assists numerous sponsors in their investment activities (LBOs, MBOs, minority stakes), the life cycle of their portfolio companies (build-up, restructuring) and their exit strategy.

Emily also advises industrial and service groups on their strategic transactions and operations. She frequently assists company founders in negotiating their relationships with shareholders and investors.

She has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2002 and joined Racine as partner in 2024.

She has also been actively involved for several years in a number of initiatives, notably with France Invest and IPEM, aimed at strengthening diversity and inclusion in the investment industry.
