Bruno is mainly active in mergers and acquisitions, capital market and private equity (LBO operations, OBO, fundraising, venture and development capital) for French and international clients.

He is involved in acquisitions and sales of companies for listed and unlisted French and foreign clients, restructuring of groups of companies, equity investments and shareholdings of managers, as well as operations of venture capital.

He holds a Doctorate in law and a Postgraduate degree in Business Law from the University of Toulouse.

He has been a member of the Paris bar since 2009 and joined Racine in 2017.
