Sarah Elharrar

Sarah is a partner in Davies’ Corporate practice with a focus on fund formation and mergers and acquisitions. She regularly acts for sponsors of and investors in private equity, venture capital, debt, real estate and other closed-end funds and assists clients on a variety of transactions, including private equity, venture capital, private credit and real estate fund formation, startup financing, mergers and acquisitions and compensation and governance arrangements. She works with clients in a number of industries, including the private equity, venture, real estate and technology sectors. Sarah is a former adjunct professor at the University of Toronto Faculty of Law, where she taught Financing Technological Innovation as part of the Global Professional Master of Laws program in Innovation, Law and Technology.
