Sarah focuses her practice on complex, multi-party environmental litigation in both state and federal courts. She has extensive experience handling cases involving environmental contamination, natural resource damages, cleanup reimbursement, and claims of property damage and personal injury arising from alleged exposure to hazardous substances. Her work includes cost-recovery and contribution actions under Superfund, as well as regulatory counseling on federal and state environmental laws.
Before joining Archer, Sarah practiced commercial litigation and insurance law at national firms in Atlantic City and Philadelphia. Her experience include defending major oil companies and refineries in high-stakes litigation involving underground storage tanks, benzene and MTBE exposure, and NRD claims—often securing favorable settlements prior to trial.
