David represents Fortune 100 companies, global corporations, and smaller businesses in complex environmental litigation, including matters at some of the nation’s largest Superfund sites. He has deep experience handling claims involving natural resource damages, PFAS contamination, and enforcement actions under RCRA, CERCLA, the Clean Water Act, and related state laws. David also counsels clients on regulatory compliance and environmental remediation, regularly negotiating with trustees, government agencies, and private parties.
In addition to his litigation and regulatory practice, David leads Archer’s pro bono program, partnering with organizations such as the Cyrus Vance Center and Legal Services of New Jersey. He oversees a broad portfolio of matters including expungement clinics, nonprofit counseling, and environmental justice initiatives, and maintains his own active pro bono caseload focused on advancing equity and access in environmental law.
