Alexis represents governmental issuers and underwriters in all aspects of public finance, with 15 years of experience serving as bond counsel and underwriter’s counsel for municipalities, counties, school districts, and public authorities across New Jersey. She advises clients on the structuring and execution of tax-exempt and taxable financings, including general obligation bonds, lease financings, revenue bonds, 501(c)(3) bonds, and redevelopment project financings.
Known for her responsiveness and collaborative approach, Alexis is deeply committed to helping clients achieve their goals. She regularly lectures on public finance topics for organizations such as GFOA of New Jersey and various county associations. Earlier in her career, she clerked for the Hon. John A. Sweeney, A.J.S.C. (Ret.), and she remains active in her Cape May County, New Jersey community.
