Santiago Ferrer advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, co-investment, financing, and economic competition in an array of different sectors, including consumer, infrastructure, healthcare, AgroSciences and real estate.
With over 20 years experience, he has led several transactions throughout his career, having previously worked for international law firms in Chicago, Mexico City and New York.

• Macquarie, on acquiring an interest in the Mayakan gas pipeline and the agreement for its expansion.
• Gasoducto de Morelos, on the purchase of Mexican companies Gasoducto de Morelos and Morelos—owners and operators of a 172 km gas pipeline crossing the states of Morelos, Puebla and Tlaxcala—from Elecnor and Enagás.
• Renantis, on the divestiture of Renantis Mexico and its subsidiaries.
