Mr. Leyton focuses his practice in Energy and Natural Resources, specially in the development of energy projects, including the negotiation of relevant project agreements such as PPAs, EPCs and O&Ms, and related transactions to the energy field such as M&As and project financing. He has advised several energy project developers in structuring their projects.
Mr. Leyton joined Morales & Besa in 2010. Previously, he was the legal advisor of Foro ProInnovación (2009-10) and also worked as international attorney in the New York offices of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP (2014-2015).
Admitted to Chilean Bar (2010).
He has published several articles in connection with energy policies and renewable energy and has also participated in several conferences and seminars in Chile and abroad.
