Complex domestic and cross-border business and government-related bankruptcies, restructurings, transactions and litigation. Significant experience on distressed pensions, healthcare and the representation of committees of creditors. Recently serviced as Special Master to the US Treasury program on distressed multi-employer pension plans (MPRA). Leads Dentons panel representation for the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC). Leads Dentons global workout panel for the International Finance Corporation. Represents the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation in several failed bank matters. Co-led the Official Committee of Retirees in the Detroit Chapter 9 bankruptcy, the PGBC in Kodak and is currently representing Verity Health System (Chapter 11 debtor) on pension and labor issues.
