Sabrina’s practice encompasses the full spectrum of commercial litigation and arbitration, with a particular focus on civil fraud, energy and natural resources, and general commercial disputes. She is regularly instructed in complex, high-value disputes, frequently involving international elements. Sabrina has acted in arbitrations under LCIA and ICC rules.
Recent instructions include acting for one of the claimant groups in Aabar Holdings S.à.r.l. and Ors v Glencore plc and Ors, a shareholder class action and representing the Danish tax authority in SKAT v Solo Capital Partners LLP and Ors, a c.£1.5 billion civil fraud claim featured in The Lawyer’s “Top 20 Cases” of 2024.
