Rhodri Davies KC is especially accomplished with regard to cases stemming from the credit crunch, and has a particular interest in financial disputes involving issues of bondholder rights, credit facility and share sale agreements. He has further experience of handling professional negligence cases, most often those addressing alleged accountants' negligence. Davies is adept at handling cases concerning transactions governed by the ISDA Master Agreement or the Global Master Repurchase Agreement. He acts for both national and international organisations, and also sits as a deputy High Court judge.
