David Wolfson (Lord Wolfson of Tredegar, KC) practises across a broad range of commercial law, both in litigation and international arbitration, specialising in banking, finance and insolvency law, professional negligence, domestic and international sale of goods, arbitration (domestic and international), jurisdiction disputes and sports law. David has been instructed in many major banking and commercial disputes. He also accepts appointments as Arbitrator (both sole arbitrator and as part of a panel). David served as Minister of Justice in the House of Lords (2020-22), and continues to contribute to the work of the House of Lords, speaking in particular on issues of law and justice. He is also Chair of the Football Regulatory Authority.
