Hannah's practice spans the full range of commercial, banking and civil fraud work. She is typically instructed as part of a team in complex and high value litigation and arbitration, but also enjoys acting as sole counsel and has appeared unled at every stage from interlocutory disputes through to trial and on appeal, including as sole counsel in the Court of Appeal. She has consistently been instructed in market-leading disputes, including most recently the SKAT claim (£1bn fraud claim brought by the Danish tax authority, one of The Lawyer's Top 20 Cases of 2024); the Phones 4U dispute (£1bn collusion claim brought against UK mobile network operators, one of The Lawyer's Top 20 Cases of 2022). Hannah also has a specialist practice in gambling disputes.
