Ryan works with leading South African and international banks, international development finance institutions, impact funds and private capital clients across jurisdictions and in multiple sectors including financial services, energy, real estate, mining and resources. He has B.Com and LLB degrees from the University of Cape Town and is an admitted attorney in both South Africa and England and Wales. He spent eight years practising law in the United Kingdom.
