Alex Njage is a partner in Bowmans’ Nairobi office, where he heads the Kenyan Commercial Property Practice. He specialises in commercial and retail property, real estate development, joint ventures, acquisitions and disposals, due diligence and real estate financing. He has particular expertise in structuring large-scale transactions and conservation and tourism developments, including private conservancies. Alex sits on the Contracts Committee of the Joint Building and Construction Council in Kenya and has advised on an array of construction contracts. He has an LLB from the University of Nairobi and a Diploma in Law and Practice from the Kenya School of Law.
