Philip Coulson is a senior partner in Bowmans’ Kenyan practice, which he co-founded as Coulson Harney in 2008, and heads the Corporate and Commercial Department. He specialises in company and commercial law, capital markets, property development, finance, acquisitions, take-overs, joint ventures, investments, corporate re-organisations, commercial contracts, tax, employment and land law matters as well as tourism and conservation.
He is a member of Law Society of Kenya, Law Society of England and Wales and the International Bar Association and Commonwealth Lawyers’ Association.
