Kendall Evans

Kendall Evans is a director in Bowmans’ Nairobi office Corporate Department. He specialises in mergers and acquisitions, corporate and commercial transactions, insurance-linked securities, joint ventures, corporate structures and restructurings, catastrophe (CAT) bond structures, capital markets and segregated accounts structures, capital raisings and listings. His experience extends to providing regulatory advice. He is admitted as a solicitor in England, Wales and Hong Kong as well as a barrister and attorney in Bermuda. Kendall has a BSc from the University of Durham, a Graduate Diploma in Law and a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the BPP College of Professional Studies.
