Rainbow Field is a director in Bowmans’ Nairobi office. She specialises in mergers and acquisitions, mining, energy and resources, employment, joint ventures and business formation. She also advises not-for-profit companies. She specialises in M&A, employment, corporate commercial and mining law, as well as energy and resources and joint ventures. She has extensive cross-border experience and often operates in highly regulated environments. Her expertise extends to employment law, where she advises on all employment related areas from hiring and terminations, through to restructures, general advice, policy drafting and investigations.

She has BCom and LLB degrees from Murdoch University, Western Australia, where she is an admitted barrister and solicitor.
