Ryan is a member of the firm’s Bankruptcy & Corporate Restructuring practice group. He represents debtors, creditors, statutory committees, trustees, distressed asset investors and purchasers, lenders and other parties-in-interest in complex Chapter 11 cases, bankruptcy litigation and related out-of-court transactions, throughout the country. His cases have spanned a number of industries, including gaming, hospitality, real estate, healthcare, construction services, retail and manufacturing.
