Patrick Reilley

Practice Areas

Patrick is a member of the firm’s Bankruptcy & Corporate Restructuring Department. He provides counsel in corporate restructuring matters, representing debtors, creditors’ committees, major creditors, purchasers and parties in adversary proceedings. He represents businesses across a number of industries, including automotive, retail, technology and manufacturing. Patrick is also a certified mediator for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware and serves as a mediator in contested matters and litigation.
