Leo is Co-Chair of the firm’s Litigation Department and maintains a broad commercial litigation practice focused on complex business disputes, real estate litigation, construction claims, corporate governance matters, and insolvency-related proceedings. He also serves as a member of the firm’s Construction and Bankruptcy & Corporate Restructuring departments.

Leo represents private equity and hedge funds, lenders, developers, companies, and business owners in a wide range of high-stakes disputes. His experience includes contract and commercial claims, construction performance and payment disputes, shareholder and partnership conflicts, director and officer liability matters, creditors’ rights litigation, distressed loan and asset disputes, and corporate dissolution proceedings.
