Ryan J Zucchetto

Ryan Zucchetto is a member of Dentons' Tax practice, with a strong emphasis on financial and transactional matters. He has served as tax counsel to issuers, underwriters, and investors in numerous residential mortgage-backed securities transactions involving both performing loans and non-performing loans, as well as other mortgage-related asset classes such as home equity contracts, mortgage servicing rights, and shared appreciation mortgages.

Ryan has also frequently served as tax counsel to investment funds that originate or acquire mortgage-related or real estate-related assets. Ryan has been involved in creating innovative securitization and investment structures, often involving the use of real estate mortgage investment conduits (REMICs) and real estate investment trusts (REITs).
